Every BASAÌN case comes with a 1-year warranty from the day you paid. Tell us your order number and the email you used at checkout, show us the problem in a photo, and we will take it from there.

1. Find your order. Your order number starts with BAS- and is in your order email and your account.
2. Show us the problem. One to four clear photos: the whole case, and a close-up of the problem.
3. We review it. We reply with your claim number; check its status here any time.
